Our Story

It started with one banquet hall in the late 1990s — my grandfather's first venture. My father grew that into four halls, then took the business further: into construction and residential development, and into commercial real estate, buying, selling, and leasing as each opportunity called for. He later brought agricultural land into the business too. I've continued in the same way, with projects of my own — some built and sold, others held and rented out.

Three generations in, the approach hasn't changed: build or acquire something real, manage it properly, and place it in the right hands when the time comes. Anmol Estates is where that continues today — across hospitality, construction, residential and commercial real estate, and land.
